Award-winning musician Pete Lockett is one of today’s most versatile and prolific percussionists.

He has traveled, performed and studied extensively throughout India and around the world, recording and performing with Bjork, Peter Gabriel, Robert Plant, Bill Bruford, Jeff Beck, Sinead O'Connor, Steve Smith, Trilok Gurtu, Evelyn Glennie, Amy Winehouse, Mel C, Steve White, the London Philharmonic Orchestra, the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, the BBC concert orchestra and more.

His playing has been featured on many motion picture soundtracks, including Casino Royale, City of Angels and Moulin Rouge. He is an active international drum clinician and regularly contributes articles for Modern Drummer and Rhythm magazines.

Pete also remains extremely active in the Indian film and recording industry, performing in collaboration with some of the finest Indian percussion masters such as Vikku Vinayakram, Bickram Ghosh and Pandit Shankar Ghosh.
