I recommend this for any musician. Very inspiring. This dvd helped me a lot to understand better many aspects of rythm, improvisation and odd time signatures.

Maybe not the mind blowing self indulgent tech-fest one might expect from a player of Mike's skill, but truly enlightening and extremely entertaining. Just in case you didn't know, my is from Boston, and the accent is in Ll its glory in the amazing dvd set.
